Welcome to the accommodation section which details the accommodation of both cottages. The cottages are decorated and furnished to a similar high quality standard and both have gained the top Flanders Country Tourist Board qualification. They both come fully equipped with all the necessary implements, appliances, linen and towels and utensils to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

The cottage was completely renovated between 1997 and 2001 and is decorated to a very high standard.
We have equipped it to help visitors enjoy the dazzling art and architecture and marvellous fresh food that Bruges has to offer. After a day walking around Bruges you can leaf through our selection of books about the city, including guides, walks and some art books.

There are also some other little touches to make life comfortable and easy in Bruges Cottages: a telephone, a washing machine, clothes line, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, - and a range of wellies. We also supply highchairs, travel cot and baby bath with changing mat. The cottage is gas centrally heated (not much in demand between April and October); the heater gives hot water as you need it. All the bedding and towels you need are provided (included linen for the baby cot). All main windows have mosquito screens.


This old barn has been recently converted into a cottage and refurbished to the highest standards. The light, airy and cool sitting/dining room with French-doors to the terrace has comfortable casual seating for four people, and an eating area with a dining table that seats four. (Should you wish to rent both our properties at once, it can expand until eight guests). The fully equipped fitted kitchenette has sink, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. There is a bathroom with over-bath shower, basin and WC. There are two bedrooms one twin bedded room and one double. The twin bedroom has two single beds that are designed to fit together as a double.


The Grape Cottage is the right cottage when you plan on staying with youngsters at Bruges Farm Cottages. It is nearby the children’s playground and youngsters will certainly enjoy the (English) books about nature and animals. We provides a binocular and a microscope so they can explore the nearby environment, and there is a resident donkey to look at over the fence! We ensure that for active youngsters the Grape Cottage provides entertainment and children's facilities.
The Grape Cottage is also an old barn, recently converted and refurbished to similar high standards. The entrance hall leads into a Living Room with open fully fitted Kitchen/Dinning Room with French door to your private terrace and to the garden. In the Grape Cottage you will find comfortable casual seating for four people, and an eating area with a dining table that seats four. There are two bedrooms, the double bedroom has a queen-sized 4-posterbed and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has a safe bunk-bed, we can convert this bedroom to the a single-bed sleeping room for one adult, the windows looking out over a small courtyard. There is one bathroom with shower, basin and WC.

Both Cottages have:

Bed linen and towels Cot and high chair, Colour TV and CD/cassette/radio, combination oven with hot air, microwave and grill, Electric 4 ring hob, Fridge/freezer, Toaster, Mixer, Hoover, Iron and ironing board and central heating.

Shared use of a games room with two tabletennis tables, darts board, Russian snookers, and computer with broadband internet connection
There is a washing machine for your clothes and a line on which you can dry them strung across the courtyard.

The cottage complies with all safety standards which includes smoke detectors, flame retardant fabrics, fire blanket and extinguisher.

Our bookings are from Sunday to Sunday (in low season changeover days can be more flexible - please ask). Access to your holiday property is between 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm on arrival day. This gives us adequate time to clean and prepare the property for your arrival.
Gaining access earlier is generally not possible. If you have a special request and reason why you need entry earlier, please make this clear at the time of booking. If you will be arriving later than 7.00 pm due to flight times and delays, please let us know the time you will be arriving and we will arrange for the key to be left or for someone to meet you at the property at an arranged time. Departure is by 10.00 am.
